Terms and Conditions
These terms govern your use of bryptoflows.xyz, its dashboards, its published articles and its public API (together, "the service"). By using the service you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.
What the service is
bryptoflows publishes analytics on US spot Bitcoin ETF flows, Bitcoin market data and the bitcoin treasury of Strategy Inc (MSTR), derived from public third-party sources. It is an information service. It is not a broker, exchange, custodian, investment adviser or financial institution, it is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority or any equivalent body, and it does not hold client money or assets.
Not advice
Nothing on the service is investment, financial, legal, accounting or tax advice, or a recommendation, offer or solicitation to buy or sell anything. This is important enough to have its own page — please read the disclaimer.
Acceptable use
You may read the site and query the public API, including for commercial research, provided you do not:
- send automated traffic at a rate that degrades the service for others, or attempt to bypass the published rate limits
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or its infrastructure, or probe it for vulnerabilities without permission
- republish the service's content in bulk, or present it as your own work or as a competing data feed
- use the service in a way that breaks any applicable law, or that infringes anyone's rights
The API is offered as a courtesy on a best-effort basis. Rate limits apply and may change. We may block traffic that we reasonably consider abusive, without notice.
Attribution
If you quote figures, charts or article text from the service, please attribute them to bryptoflows and link to the page you took them from. Underlying data remains subject to the terms of its original source.
Accuracy and availability
The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, timeliness, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.
Figures are derived from third-party sources and from automated collection and parsing of public filings. They may be delayed, incomplete, revised later, or wrong. Some articles are produced by an automated process without human review before publication. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the service, including the API and any published article, at any time and without notice.
Third-party sources and links
Data originates from third parties including Farside Investors, Hyperliquid and the SEC's EDGAR system. We do not control those sources and are not responsible for their accuracy, availability or terms. Links to third-party sites are provided for reference and are not an endorsement.
Intellectual property
The site's original text, design, code and compiled analytics are owned by the operator of bryptoflows and protected by copyright. Trade marks, company names and ticker symbols referred to on the service — including Strategy Inc and the ETF issuers named throughout — belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and factual reporting only. Their use does not imply any affiliation with, or endorsement by, those companies.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the service. That expressly includes trading and investment losses, lost profits, lost opportunity, and any indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The revision date at the top of this page records when they last changed, and continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
